By now, you might be thinking, who am I and how do I know that I can help you?

Hi, I’m Adele! I’m a nutritionist, online health coach and record-breaking powerlifter who believes in #allthefood. And yes, that means donuts and Snickers bars on occasion.

I’m also an ACE-certified Health Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a specialty in weight management. 

In 2017, I lost 27 pounds using my high-protein, muscle-sparing protocol. I ate 1000-1200 calories a day, on average and I have Hashimotos.

I went from 194 to 167 pounds. I’ve since maintained my fat loss and gained 15 pounds of muscle tissue (Testing Method: DEXA).

I am proof that a rapid weight loss diet can work and you can maintain your fat loss long-term, as long as you are willing to change your habits.

And that’s what brings me to you. 

I aim to empower women to become healthy, fit, and unstoppable!
