What is the Transformer Program?
The Transformer Program is a 90-Day rapid weight-loss program combined with an education in nutrition. You consume anywhere from 800-1000 calories a day, while taking HCG hormone prescribed by a doctor.

You follow a high-protein, low-calorie diet while you also take lessons in nutrition so you learn how to make smarter choices over time. There are weekly group calls where you can ask me anything you like, and learn about different subject and participate in conversations.

The whole program is designed to help you get leaner, stronger, and develop healthier habits by educating you about nutrition, exercise, and behavior change.

The Transformer Program is much more than a diet: it’s an education and a lifestyle change.

Coaching includes help with The Preparation Phase, The Diet Phase, The Transition Phase, and the Maintenance Phase of the HCG diet, so you can slowly transition back to ‘real life’ when the diet is over, with a customized plan so you don’t gain all the weight back.
Will you coach me through a round of HCG and P3?
Yes, I coach through all phases of the HCG diet and into maintenance.
You can join on your loading phase or anytime during P2, it’s entirely up to you.

However, you should aim to have AT LEAST one month of no HCG so we can transition you back to ‘real life’ when the diet ends. This is when people are most vulnerable to weight regain and need the most help. The more time you have with me as you experience ‘real life’ – things like holidays and events – the easier it will be for you to maintain your weight loss on your own. Regardless, 

I’ll also give you a plan when the program ends, so you know just what to do to maintain your weight loss.
What makes you an expert? 
I’ve written a book and published research on the diet. I’ve also lose 27 pounds on it. I’ve developed my own higher-calorie protocol and coached hundreds of clients on it.
What if I don’t get my HCG in time for when the program starts?
If your HCG hasn’t arrived by the time the program begins, that’s perfectly fine. You can still get started in other ways.
Who is your typical client?

Can I use homeopathic drops?
I recommend real HCG. I have seen people lose weight successfully with the drops, but I have also seen then struggle more with hunger. And there may be some hormonal benefits such as muscle retention, improved mood, and hormonal regulation with HCG.

​Should I be loaded and ready to start P2 on or before the start of the program?
You can start loading and even P2 on your own if you want - I just can't give you your plan or coach you until the program starts.

But some people like to get a jump on things and feel comfortable starting on their own. So you could do the Simeons protocol and switch to mine later.
Whatever you like! People are on different timelines in the Transformer program and doing rounds of different lengths.
Is the HCG hormone included?
No, you have to get a prescription from a doctor. 
What if I already started HCG - can I still join?
Yes. But you should discuss this with Adele first. 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! The Transformer is $1299 for 3 months, one-time payment. If you wish to pay monthly, the cost is $499 per month x 3 months.  
Can I do this program while I'm on the Simeons Protocol? 
Yes. But we recommend using our higher-calorie, muscle-sparing protocol. It is just as effective for those who are interested in rapid fat loss. 
Is private coaching available?
This is like private coaching with personalized diet plans for P2, P3, and P4 as well as daily email support. You also have access to weekly group calls.  
What are some realistic expectations for someone who has never done HCG before?
It doesn’t reset your metabolism. It doesn’t draw fats from abnormal areas.

It’s going to be harder than you think, but the weight loss will be faster than you’ve ever imagined.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
On average, you can expect to lose about a quarter to half a pound a day. Most women can lose about 10-20 pounds in a month on P2 and a bit more during P3. Leaner individuals, and those with hypothyroidism may lose less.
It really depends on how much you have to lose; I’ve had clients lose 6 pounds in 2 months and others lose 40 in 2 months.

This is about fat loss, not weight loss. The #1 goal is preserve as much muscle as possible. Your clothes should start fitting better right away.

Does part of the coaching tells me what t o eat each day, beyond macros? i.e. salad for lunch, soup for dinner… type thing?
We don't. Only registered dietitians can legally provide meal plans. And besides, meal plans are rarely one-size fits all.
While meal plans make it easy to follow - you just shop for groceries and prepare food accordingly, they don't really teach you how to eat in the long run. What happens when you don't have a plan to follow anymore? When you go out to dinner? Vacation?

It takes a bit more work to figure out how to eat in a way that is normal, enjoyable, and sustainable for you but it is worth the investment.
That said, we will be selling a recipe/meal plan example on our website soon. It is 52 high-protein recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and a snack. It includes 2 sample weeks of eating and a shopping list. It is not customized for your macros though, and you would need to adjust serving sizes or possibly add a protein shake to hit your macros.

Do you recommend adding in the MIC/B12 shots along with HCg? I'm just looking for your opinion, I realize your not a doctor, but just wanted your opinion.
The science behind these injections is mixed. Clinical studies on lipotropics and obesity have remained inconclusive. Also, according to the Mayo Clinic, vitamin shots such as B12 haven’t proven to be effective in weight loss management because they don’t provide the metabolic boost that many practitioners promise.

If you do lose some weight from the injections, this is likely attributed to your overall weight loss program than it is to the shots alone.

Here is an article worth reading about the mic shots. You can weigh the pros and cons for yourself.


My opinion is that you will do just as well, and experience many more health benefits if you were to drink a lot of water and walk every day (which is recommended in the program).

If you don't mind the expense of mic shots, and you don't see yourself getting in 30 mins of walking a day, you could do the shots, just keep the risk/reward ratio in mind.
I have done HCG before but once I came off I regained the weight. How can working with you help prevent that from happening again?
You can lose weight on the HCG Diet, but if you don’t have a plan for when the diet ends, you’ll be right back where you started.

The fact is, diets do work, in the short-term. But what happens when the diet ends? You’re back to where you started! Why? Because you haven’t changed the habits that caused you to gain weight in the first place. You’re set up to fail from the beginning! It’s not your fault, and this is why so many people struggle with yo-yo dieting and end up doing multiple rounds of HCG.

A diet isn’t a lifestyle. You can’t deny yourself the foods you enjoy forever. Eventually, you need to go back to real life and eat like a normal human being. This is when most people run into problems. They don’t know how to eat at a restaurant. How to eat on the go. How to still indulge in treats without gaining weight. We can teach you how to eat in a way that fuels your activities, food preferences, and lifestyle.

Until you learn how to eat in a way that is enjoyable, sustainable, and healthy, you’re going to stay trapped in the same vicious loop of losing and gaining weight. You don’t have to accept that this is the body you will be stuck in for the rest of your life. If you want to change it, you can. You just need to find the right combination of nutrition, activity, and habits for YOUR body.
